The Dartware Management Team

As CEO of InterMapper, Rich has guided the company's strategic course since its inception in 2000. Under Rich's leadership, InterMapper has experienced significant growth, both in the United States, and into new global markets.

Prior to founding Dartware, Rich was Network Manager and Manager of Special Projects at Dartmouth College, where he developed software to detect, diagnose, and visualize network problems. He and Bill Fisher authored InterMapper in 1996, an internal project that was quickly recognized for its commercial potential. In 2000, he co-founded Dartware with William Fisher and Stuart Pompian.

Rich earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and a MS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of IEEE and ACM.

Stuart is responsible for managing InterMapper's operations related to finance, accounting, treasury and investor relations. He leverages his extensive corporate experience to help InterMapper continue to provide value for its customers and build on its market leadership position.

Prior to founding Dartware, he had a long professional career as an engineer and manager in the defense industry. He led three manufacturing companies through turnaround phases as CEO/COO. He has over 25 years of experience as a venture capitalist. He has 3 issued patents.  In 2000, he co-founded Dartware with Rich Brown and William Fisher.

Stuart earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and has completed graduate work in business administration.

As Director of Sales and Partner Development, John has recently been focusing on growing InterMapper's international reseller network. These efforts have been recognized with multiple awards, such as the "2010 Exporter of the Year" in the Information Technology and Telecommunications category, as well as the "Export Achievement Award" in March 2010 from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Commercial Service.

John has more than 30 years of experience in sales and customer service management. Prior to joining Dartware, he worked in England for 25 years. In addition, he successfully established an inside sales department for a manufacturing company in Florida. John joined Dartware in 2000 and was initially responsible for developing the sales and customer service departments. In 2004, he became Director of Sales and Customer Service and added responsibility for technical support and new product development.

John holds a degree in Plant Pathology and Biochemistry from Slough College of Technology.

As Director of Product Management, Gurdev draws on his extensive strategic and technical experience to guide the current design and roadmap of InterMapper's product line, working closely with the development team, as they continually improve the power, flexibility and ease-of-use of the software.

Prior to joining Dartware in January of 2010, he worked at Microsoft as a Lead Product Manager for more than 10 years and as a Sales Engineer at Ziplink.

Gurdev has 2 patent applications, one for capacity planning and one for access point management.

As Director of Marketing, Dave is primarily responsible for leading the development of InterMapper's go-to-market strategy. He implements lead generation programs that accelerate profitable sales growth and brand recognition through creative and customer-driven insights.

Prior to joining Dartware in 2010, he was a Segment Marketing Manager for Tele Atlas, a global developer of digital maps used in personal navigation devices, web portals and enterprise applications. He focused on developing business in the Fleet and Logistics industry, as well as creating sales and marketing tools for new product introductions.

Dave holds a BS in Industrial Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
