Annual Maintenance Contracts
You use InterMapper 24x7, monitoring your critical network elements and connections. By keeping your installation up to date, you'll ensure that your network monitoring efforts are delivering full value.
A maintenance contract gives you the right to obtain any updates or bug fixes to the base program that are released during the period, as well as the right to receive technical support on the product. The price of InterMapper and InterMapper RemoteAccess includes a one-year maintenance contract.
You can extend your Maintenance Contract for 25% of your current system's price. This will allow you to unlock another year's worth of updates and enhancements, as well as providing continued technical support.
Maintenance Renewal Process
Dartware will contact you with a renewal notice one month before your contract expires to ensure that your coverage is continuous. We also offer a significant discount if you renew while your maintenance contract is in force.
InterMapper Educational Pricing
Dartware, LLC has strong roots in the education market and is committed to providing good tools to educational institutions at an attractive price. We offer a discount from the commercial price for institutions of higher education, K-12 schools, and public libraries.
All licenses to InterMapper (except the 25-device license) include the InterMapper SQL database and InterMapper Flows. The table below shows the number of NetFlow exporters you can use with a particular license of InterMapper.

As your network grows, you'll want to monitor more devices. There are several ways to add to your license pool:
- Add 20 more devices for $325.
- Pay the difference between your current tier and the new tier.
- Consider the InterMapper Unlimited-3X license option. The Unlimited-3X license allows you to install three (3) InterMapper servers at separate locations (to distribute the polling and monitoring effort) and to monitor an unlimited number of devices.
InterMapper Flows brings the ability to monitor the NetFlow traffic on the network. Existing InterMapper customers who do not have InterMapper Flows may purchase the Flows Add-on for InterMapper.
InterMapper RemoteAccess is priced by the number of users who will require access. You can buy packs of multiple copies at a significant discount.
If you monitor wireless networks, you can purchase a Wireless Probe Pack to extend InterMapper's monitoring capabilities to all your wireless gear.
Educational Discount Eligibility
Accredited, degree granting colleges or universities, K-12 school primarily dedicated to educating children up to the age of 18, and public libraries are eligible for Dartware's Educational Discount. Commercial entities, non-profits, government institutions and research laboratories, even those affiliated with a university, are not eligible for these educational discounts and must pay the Commercial rate.
Government Pricing
Dartware offers governmental purchasers special pricing on the Government Services Administration (GSA) and NASA's Science and Engineering Workforce Project (SEWP) schedules. Dartware's GSA contract is number GS-35F-0151R and you can purchase directly from the GSA Advantage web site. How Pricing Works
InterMapper is priced by the number of devices you need to monitor. The price includes a 12-month maintenance contract. (Note: The 25 device license does not include access to the InterMapper SQL database.)
As your network grows, you'll want to monitor more devices. To add more licenses to your pool, simply pay the difference between your current tier and the new tier.
You should also consider the InterMapper 3000-2X or Unlimited-3X license options. The 3000-2X license allows you to install 2 InterMapper servers and monitor up to 3000 devices. The Unlimited-3X license allows you to install 3 InterMapper servers and monitor an unlimited number of devices.
