InterMapper network monitoring software to assist distributor’s focus on network security and productivity
West Lebanon, NH, June 15, 2010 – Dartware, developer of InterMapper network monitoring software with InterMapper Flows NetFlow analyzer has announced a reseller partnership with AMSi in Brazil. “AMSi is focused on network security and productivity,” says John Sutton, Director of Sales and Partner Development at Dartware. “Those are both areas where InterMapper plays a critical day-to-day role for network managers.”

AMSI specializes in integrated solutions for enterprise IT infrastructure and telecommunications. They deliver solutions in gateway content control, network security, IP telephony, and wireless networks. “InterMapper supports our value proposition by alerting clients to potential problems that can be located and fixed before end-users are impacted,” says Andre Machado, CEO of AMSi. “Integrated, forensic-level NetFlow analysis points out unanticipated or suspicious bandwidth use.”
InterMapper graphically maps network infrastructures and alerts network administrators to under-performing devices and unacceptable traffic conditions. Diagnostic and performance trend information is a click away. The graphical presentation of data makes it easy for technicians to spot, locate, and fix problems before networks fail. Integrated NetFlow analysis indicates bandwidth usage and points out bandwidth hogs.
“InterMapper is very easy to use and offers excellent benefits at a great price,” says Machado. “That’s just part of InterMapper’s value. It makes it very easy for them to diagnose the real network problems they are having. They no longer have to work blind. They gain real visibility of their entire network. With InterMapper, we’ll bring those capabilities to our clients of all sizes – even large datacenters inside large corporations.”
AMSi learned about InterMapper through the US Commercial Service (USCS) inside the American Consulate. Dartware has met many strategic international partners through the USCS Gold Key service that helps US-based companies identify and make contact with international partners that fit their business model and market strategy
“We’re very excited that AMSi will be delivering network monitoring services to their clients with InterMapper,” says Sutton.
