Network Specialists set to introduce InterMapper 5.3 network monitoring software

West Lebanon, NH, June 21, 2010
– Dartware, developer of InterMapper network monitoring software with InterMapper Flows NetFlow analyzer has announced a reseller partnership with E-Wave Group Inc. in Buenos Aires, Argentina. “Our E-Wave partnership is an important part of our InterMapper 5.3 release strategy that includes Spanish localization,” says John Sutton, Director of Sales and Partner Development at Dartware. “E-Wave’s technical expertise in IT solutions and strong customer relationships provides a great platform for InterMapper’s network management capabilities.”

E-Wave Group specializes in the development and integration of information technology solutions. “We’re involved in many projects that require real-time monitoring of large, distributed networks,” says Alejandro Acha, CEO of E-Wave Group. E-Wave currently works with many entertainment/cinema companies that rely on networked point of sales terminals. Keeping them up and running is critical. “We looked at several solutions and InterMapper was the best option. “It’s very easy to use and we can give the customer a quick view of network status. More importantly, they can see the geographic location of each terminal.”

Acha anticipates that InterMapper will help E-Wave Group clients save money by making better use of network resources and staff. “InterMapper will show our clients exactly where problem devices are located so they can send technicians to make a fix before the network fails,” says Acha. “They’ll save a lot of time that’s now spent searching for network devices and diagnosing problems. And they’ll make much better, focused use of IT staff.”

While InterMapper will help ensure up-time for networks that support revenue collection, it will also help E-Wave Group open new opportunities with government agencies. “Our government clients rely heavily on networks and InterMapper’s real-time visibility into network operations and proactive alerts are central to keeping those systems reliably up and running.”

“InterMapper brings real value to E-Wave Group clients who already have the advantage of that company’s expertise and commitment to customer relationships,” says Sutton. “We’re confident that the new Spanish-version will make InterMapper even easier to use and more beneficial to any organization that needs to monitor and maintain a distributed network.”

E-Wave Group Inc. is one of several partnerships Dartware has formed through US Commercial Service (USCS) programs. The USCS Gold Key service helps US-based companies identify and make contact with international partners that fit their business model and market strategy.
