Environmental Monitoring

A big part of network health is attributed to environmental conditions: Is the server room to hot or too humid? Is the power on and, if not, has the generator kicked in and, if it has, is it fueled? Has the security system been breached?

InterMapper conducts environmental via probes for your devices that collect and report environmental variables including:

• Asentria
• Embedded Data Systems
• Sensatronics
• Netbotz

When monitored variables exceed set thresholds, you’re alerted to adverse conditions so that fast corrections can be made.

If InterMapper does not include a probe for the equipment you need to monitor, you can create your own custom probes to test TCP or SNMP enabled devices.
