Maintenance Contract Pricing
Products are priced according to the size of an organization's network (number of devices monitored).
InterMapper RemoteAccess is available as individual licenses or pooled licenses. Pooled licenses enable multiple users to use unlicensed copies of InterMapper RemoteAccess to connect to an InterMapper server until all the licenses in the pool are in use. Licensed copies of InterMapper RemoteAccess do not count against the license pool.
Your initial purchase includes a 12-month maintenance contract that entitles you to all new versions, updates, enhancements, and bug fixes that are released during that period.
Products are sold internationally, for the most part, through a reseller partner channel. Our products are supplied to resellers as a software only offering. Resellers offer a variety of additional services, such as installation, configuration and remote network management. The prices on our website refer to purchases for the USA only. International prices may vary.

A maintenance contract gives you the right to obtain any updates or bug fixes to the base program that are released during the period, as well as the right to receive technical support on the product. The price of InterMapper and InterMapper RemoteAccess includes a one-year maintenance contract.
You can extend your Maintenance Contract for 25% of your current system's price. This will allow you to unlock another year's worth of updates and enhancements, as well as providing continued technical support.
Maintenance Renewal Process
We will contact you with a renewal notice one month before your contract expires to ensure that your coverage is continuous. We also offer a significant discount if you renew while your maintenance contract is in force.
